ISNACC 2026 - Abstract Submission Guidelines for Paper/Poster Presentation

(For Junior Residents, Senior Residents, and Consultants)

📢 Abstract Submission – Last Date is 5th January 2026

To ensure uniformity, clarity, and high academic standards, all authors submitting abstracts for paper/poster presentation at ISNACC 2026 are requested to adhere to the following guidelines.

General Formatting

  • • Word Limit: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and author details.
  • • Font & Style: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-line spacing, and left alignment.
  • • File Format: Submit the abstract in .doc/.docx format.
  • • Language: Use clear and professional English. Avoid jargon or abbreviations unless defined at first mention.

Abstract Structure (for Scientific Papers)

Please organize your abstract under the following sections, if applicable:

  • • Title-
    o Should be concise, descriptive, and accurately reflect the study’s focus.
    o Use Title Case (capitalize the first letter of major words).
    o Limit to 30 words or fewer.
  • • Author Information
    o Provide full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and the corresponding author’s email.
    o Mention category (JR / SR / Consultant) and (original studies/case reports/case series) at the time of submission.
  • • Introduction / Background
    o Briefly state the research question, hypothesis, or objective.
  • • Methods
    o Summarize study design, methodology, data collection, and analysis techniques.
  • • Results
    o Present key findings with essential data points.
    o Avoid tables, graphs, or figures within the abstract text.
  • • Conclusion
    o Highlight the main implications of the findings and their contribution to clinical practice, education, or research.
  • • Keywords
    o Provide 3–5 keywords relevant to your study.

Abstract Structure (for Case Reports)

Authors submitting case reports should follow this structure:

  1. Background / Introduction
  2. Case Presentation
  3. Discussion
  4. Conclusion
  5. Keywords (3–5)

Submission Guidelines

  • • Deadline: Abstracts must be submitted by the announced deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
  • • Submission Portal: Email the abstract to the address provided on the conference website. abstractisnacc2026@gmail.com
  • • Acknowledgement: Authors will receive an email confirmation upon successful submission.
  • • Each participant may submit only one abstract per category.

Review & Selection Criteria

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the ISNACC Scientific Committee based on:

  1. Relevance and scientific merit.
  2. Originality and innovation of work.
  3. Clarity of objectives, methodology, and conclusions.
  4. Overall quality of writing and organization.

Accepted abstracts will be allocated to award/free paper or e-poster sessions depending on reviewer recommendations and available slots.

Categories for Submission

Participants must select the appropriate category during submission:

  • Junior Resident (JR)
  • Senior Resident (SR)
  • Consultant

Each category will have a separate evaluation to ensure fair competition.
